Joseph Carbone

As a veteran of the United States Navy, one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of attention to detail. This skill serves my clients well, along with over 10 years of experience working for one of the nation’s largest construction engineering firms. My father is a general contractor, and this extensive background in construction allows me to guide clients in selecting homes that best fit their needs and lifestyle.

Having lived in the metro-Atlanta area for many years, I’ve personally bought, sold, and flipped homes throughout Dekalb, Fulton, Cobb, and Fayette counties, as well as managed rental properties. I’m passionate about real estate and love helping clients achieve their goals and dreams in both home buying and selling.

With over three decades of experience in sales, service, and high-level contract negotiation, Tria Kreutzer is known for her integrity, professionalism, and servant-leader mindset. Tria has been serving customers since the age of 14 and holds both a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business. As co-owner of The Joe Carbone Team, she leads a 20+ member group operating from their independent Compass office, providing exceptional service across 13 metro-Atlanta counties. Her focus on mentorship, team culture, and client experience has made her a respected leader in Georgia real estate.

As a Georgia native, it’s natural for me to love nature and enjoy making clients' dreams come true when it comes to searching and finding their ideal real estate investment. With a passion for real estate and law, I successfully completed real estate school (to ensure I understood every facet of the business) and graduated from Clayton State University, earning a degree in Legal Studies.

Currently, I've downsized into a high-rise in Midtown, one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic parts of this region. Before becoming a real estate agent and an Associate Broker, I worked as a corporate leader on the real estate side of the resort industry, instilling in me the importance of hospitality and focus on the customer experience.

I coordinate every stage of the transaction, managing timelines, deadlines, and documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From scheduling inspections and appraisals to tracking contingencies and communicating with all parties involved, I keep the process moving efficiently and on schedule. My attention to detail ensures that each step is handled with accuracy, transparency, and care.

As Director of Marketing for The Joe Carbone Team, my passion lies in creating innovative, results-driven strategies that bring each listing to life. I believe every home has its own unique story, and my job is to make sure that story is told in a way that captures attention, sparks interest, and connects with the right audience. From the very first day a client partners with us, I’m committed to ensuring their property is showcased with precision, creativity, and purpose.

I manage the entire marketing process from start to finish - designing and executing targeted social media campaigns, coordinating impactful online advertising, producing professional flyers and postcards, and developing cohesive property branding. Every element, from photography and videography to listing descriptions and custom graphics, is carefully crafted to highlight the details that make each home stand out in today’s competitive market.

I come from a background of construction contractors. My uncles remodeled and built homes, so I learned the skill set and value of homeownership.
